CHRVA TRYOUT PERIOD
**New This Season**
ALL Girls teams CHRVA Tryout Period begins Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:00am and ends Tuesday, November 7 at 10:00pm.
Follow these steps to make your Tryout Experience a smooth one:
1. Determine your age classification using the document titled USA Volleyball Junior Player Age Definition - 2023-24 located to the right. There is also a summary table shown to the left.
2. Create or renew your registration after September 1 at the CHRVA Registration Information Page. Print a copy of your membership card and bring it to tryouts. You will also be emailed your membership information when you complete registration. YOU MUST BE A CURRENT REGISTERED MEMBER OF CHRVA AND PROVIDE PROOF OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLUB TRYOUTS.
3. Pre-register for Monument Volleyball Tryouts at our Tryouts Registration Link. Pre-registering will include completion of the USA Volleyball Player Medical Release Form. You also need to download (link to the right), complete, sign and bring a completed original USA Volleyball Player Medical Release Form to tryouts. Only pre-registered athletes will be admitted to the specific Tryout Session that you are registered for. You only need to pay once for tryouts, regardless of which tryout you attend, or if you are invited to a call-back session. The Alternate session is for those who cannot make the Primary session and/or Callbacks.
Please bring COPIES of your current CHRVA Membership Card/email receipt, the completed and signed USA Volleyball Player Medical Release Form, and verification of your Birth Date (birth certificate/passport/driver's lic.) to Tryouts.
Tryouts are held at The Fairfax SportsPlex. EXCEPT Girls 14U Primary that will be at POE Middle School.
