Monument is a growing club with a focus on helping young players grow in confidence and increase their volleyball skill level, we are looking for enthusiastic like-minded individuals with a love of the sport who want to cultivate that love in others. 

Those interested will enter our mentor program as a Trainer Coach (TC's).  Your first step will start with registering with the club and then starting an interview process.  This process will be followed up with some on court game play.  This part of the process is about gauging your knowledge of the game, not your skill level.  It’s also a good way to get to know the other Monument staff members and having some fun. When the interview process is done you will be assigned to a certified coach and assist with team, clinic, camp, and individual training.

When you enter the Mentor Program you will be required to sign up and go through CHRVA background
screening, IMPACT training, and complete Safesport online training.  Once you have completed
Monument entry level training, completed all coaching certification, and have a successful review process,  you may be offered either a paid assistant or a
paid coaching position for an indoor season, if you accept a position all required training expenses will be
reimbursed.
